Munir Bharwani

Chief Executive Officer

Graduated in 1985 as a Specialist in Data Management with a minor in Commerce, Munir is one of the Founders of Red Dot Distribution and has been the CEO since its inception. He has been instrumental in growing the business to its current state.

Mohamed Raza Bharwani

Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer

Graduated in 2018 with an MSc in Law, Mohamed has most previously served as the executive assistant to the CEO and the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer and brings an extensive background in business and law to his new role as the Company’s Chief Operations Officer

Alfarid Abdul

Chief Finance Officer

An FCCA certified accountant with a postgraduate degree from Heriot-Watt University, Alfarid joined Red Dot in 2010 as the Kenya country accountant and with his critical finance and accounting background progressed on to the role of CFO a year later.

Nishad Mairal

General Manager - Volume

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Management, Nishad Joined Red Dot in 2009 as the Country Manager and has risen up through the ranks to be GM Marketing and Sales for the entire MEA region. Nishad has immensely contributed to the Growth of Red Dot and continues to work closely with the team in its pursuit of newer heights.

Rushika Pattni

Head of People and Culture

Holding a double BA in Economics and Public Health from Yale University, and an Executive MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Hult Business School, Rushika serves in top management with oversight of people and talent. She brings her skills to align people and processes for high performance in family businesses across Africa and Asia. Previously, she's worked on expansion plans across industries such as healthcare, payments and education.

Jane Mwikali

Head of Supply Chain

Jane joined Red Dot Distribution in 2013 and brings extensive experience across logistics and supply chain operations. After progressing through key operational roles, she became the Head of Logistics in 2022 and stepped into Top Management as Head of Supply Chain in January 2026.
